Estate Rose offers awe-inspiring panoramic views in three directions. Enjoy sunsets over Pillsbury Sound, the sparkling lights of St. Thomas to the west, St. Croix to the south. Wake up to sunrises over the south shore of St. John and Ram Head to the east. All are breathtaking.
Extensive outdoor courtyard and dining/lounge areas face east, south and west. The awning covered patio faces west toward Great Cruz Bay and St. Thomas.

The villa can accommodate 2 additional guests on a sleeper sofa at an additional cost.
Special rates apply for holiday dates. Bookings at this villa are non-refundable. All rates are based on double occupancy per room, with the exception of children age 2 - under. A $50 per person, per night fee applies for extra guests above maximum occupancy, subject to owner approval.
There is an extra fee for housekeeping if guest are staying less than 14 nights. The money will be left on the kitchen counter by the guest for the housekeeper.
One complimentary greeting is included with each reservation. If you arrive later than 9:00 pm on St. John there is a charge of $65 for your arrival. If a reservation is discounted or for four days or less there is an arrival charge of $65. If an arrival takes place on a major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) the arrival fee is $100
