As you arrive, you will be welcomed by the sight of swaying palms, tropical breezes, and fresh, salty air. You can take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor's great room. The chic coastal seating area with a TV and abundant natural sunlight that glows from the large frame windows will surely take your breath away. 

The state-of-the-art kitchen features stainless steel appliances, culinary essentials, and a large kitchen island with breakfast stools. Guests can have their meals at the formal dining room table or at the outdoor table on the deck, both of which offer breathtaking Bay views! 

The main bedroom is truly a dream come true, with a comfortable king-sized bed, breathtaking views of the water, and access to the balcony on the third floor. The ensuite bathroom is designed with unique tiles, a walk-in shower, a double vanity, and a standalone soaking tub. 

Five guest rooms are appointed with king-sized beds, TVs, elegant decor, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The bunk bedroom is perfect for children, and each has an ensuite bathroom with either a walk-in shower or a shower and tub combo. 

The backyard oasis has a large deck, private pool, and hot tub to drift away into pure bliss. You can enjoy happy hour on the rooftop deck, which offers unbeatable views, or spend time poolside. An outdoor BBQ dining experience under the stars is also available, ensuring that your guests will leave with a smile on their faces. 

Just beyond the patio is an indoor game room with a pool table. Experience the beauty of Anna Maria by bike or the free island trolley that will take you around the gorgeous 7-mile island. Indulge in local seafood from some of the island's best restaurants and hang out with the locals at one of the several cocktail bars. 

There is so much fun for everyone, whether long walks on the beach with legendary sunsets, hanging by the pool, or island shopping with a scoop of ice cream from a local creamery. 5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. Please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
